§ 151.36  MOBILE HOMES.
   For purposes of determining appropriations for replacing mobile homes for non-conforming uses described herein, each shall be subject to the following:
   (A)   Mobile homes shall be permitted outside of mobile home parks only if approved as a replacement for a non-conforming use, as described herein;
   (B)   Have more than 320 square feet of occupied space;
   (C)   Be placed on an appropriate underfloor foundation in accordance with approved installation standards, as specified in §§ 151.50 through 151.54 of this chapter;
   (D)   Be enclosed with foundation siding in accordance with approved installation standards, as specified in §§ 151.50 through 151.54 of this chapter;
   (E)   Be anchored to the ground in accordance with approved installation standards, as specified in §§ 151.50 through 151.54 of this chapter; and
   (F)   Meet appropriate utility connection standards in accordance with approved installation standards, as specified in §§ 151.50 through 151.54 of this chapter.
