§ 151.50  PERIMETER RETAINING WALL.
   Those manufactured homes designated in the Zoning Code as requiring permanent perimeter retaining walls must be set onto an excavated area, with foundation, footings and crawl space or basement walls constructed in accordance with the terms of the One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code. The space between the floor joists of the home and the excavated underfloor grade shall be completely enclosed with the permanent perimeter retaining wall. The wall shall be composed of solid masonry, concrete, all-weather wood or other approved materials, which, in all cases, shall extend below the frost line. The design, by a registered professional engineer or architect, shall safely support those loads, as determined by the character of the soil.
