§ 113.41  ESTABLISHMENT, EMPLOYEES TO BE CLEAN AND SANITARY.
   (A)   Every portion of the massage establishment, including appliances and apparatus, shall be kept clean and operated in a sanitary condition.
   (B)   (1)   All employees, including masseurs and masseuses shall be clean and wear clean, non- transparent outer garments covering the sexual and genital areas, the use of which is restricted to the massage establishment.
      (2)   A separate dressing room for each sex must be available on the premises with individual lockers for each employee.
      (3)   Doors to such dressing rooms shall open inward and be self-closing.
   (C)   All massage establishments shall be provided with clean, laundered sheets and towels in sufficient quantity; these shall be laundered after each use thereof and stored in a sanitary manner.
