§ 113.99  PENALTY.
   Any person not holding a license under this chapter who violates any provision thereof shall be subject to a fine not to exceed the sum of $1,000. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate violation and a separate fine of up to $1,000 may be assessed for each day of the violation.
