(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation or thing to construct or improve a private driveway on any lot in the town out of any material other than cement or approved blacktop, and of a width of not less than ten feet.
(B) If it is necessary for a person to cut existing streets or sidewalks in order to construct or improve a private driveway, the person shall deposit the sum of $50 with the Clerk-Treasurer, to be refunded when all curbs and sidewalks are restored to their proper condition.
