§ 97.01  SNOW AND ICE ON STREETS OR PUBLIC THOROUGHFARES.
   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, or any servant, agent or employee of any person, firm or corporation, by any method or by the use of any means whatsoever to push, brush, sweep, place or deposit upon any part or portion of any street or other public thoroughfare within the town any snow or ice, or to remove from one part or portion of any street or public thoroughfare any snow or ice which naturally falls or becomes deposited thereon and place or deposit it by any means or method whatsoever, upon any other part or portion of any street or other public thoroughfare. However, the provisions of this section shall not apply to any person, firm or corporation, nor to the servants, agents or employees thereof, that sweep or clean snow or ice off any improved sidewalk onto the side of the street or other public thoroughfare immediately adjacent thereto.
