It shall be unlawful for any person, trust, corporation or legal entity that owns or occupies the property within the town to permit rank weeds to grow thereon; to conduct or to cause or permit to be conducted thereon the business of slaughtering any animals and/or fowl of any description; or to cause and maintain or permit to be caused and maintained thereon anything whatsoever that is injurious to the health, indecent or offensive to the senses of any of the inhabitants of the town, or an obstruction to the free use of property by such inhabitants.
