In addition to any surcharges and assessment of actual costs hereunder, any user/customer, person, trust, corporation or legal entity who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or other lawful order or regulation of the town for which another penalty is not provided shall be civilly liable a fine of not less than $100 or more than $500, in the discretion of the Division of Solid Waste, Town Manager, or Building Inspector. Each day and each violation that any person, trust, corporation or legal entity shall commit shall constitute a separate offense and be liable as such.
