§ 51.027  PRIVIES, SEPTIC TANKS OR CESSPOOLS.
   Except as otherwise provided, it shall be unlawful to construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool or other facilities intended or used for the disposal of sewage.
