§ 51.999  PENALTY.
   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 51.006(A) of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined in an amount not exceeding $100 for each violation. Each day in which any violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
