§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 53.01 through 53.09 or any rule or regulation adopted in pursuance thereof, or any other provision of any code adopted in the ordinance by reference, shall, upon conviction by subject to a fine of not more than $700 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days or both, plus, in either case, the costs of prosecution.
   (B)   Unless otherwise provided, each act of violation and every day on which a violation occurs or continues constitutes a separate offense
   (C)   The failure of any officer or employee of the city or the Commission to perform any official duty imposed by §§ 53.01 through 53.09 shall not subject the officer or employee to the penalty imposed or violation unless a penalty is specifically provided for such failure.
   (D)   In addition to other penalties imposed for violation of §§ 53.01 through 53.09, any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 53.01 through 53.09 shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned by the city by reason of such violations.

   (E)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this § 53.76 shall be fined not to exceed $700 or 90 days for etch offense.
   (F)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 53.70 through 53.77 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $700, or 90 days. Each day of each violation shall be deemed a separate offense. Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 53.70 through 53.77 shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage occasioned by the city by reason of such violation.
