1301.01 CODES ADOPTED.

   There is hereby adopted, for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the location, design, materials, construction, repair, equipment, use, occupancy, maintenance, removal and demolition of all structures, except insofar as such matters are otherwise specifically provided for in any other applicable law or ordinance that certain code known as the Ohio Basic Building Code 4101:2 save and except those provisions of Chapter 4101:2-1 and Chapter 4101:2- 14 which are deleted, and further provided that the reference in the Ohio Basic Building Code which adopts the 1993 National Electrical Code (NFiPA 70-1993) as published by the National Fire Protection Association is adopted and incorporated by reference.

   The provisions of Sections 1301.03 and 1301.04, to the extent of any conflict with the provisions of the Ohio Basic Building Code - 4101:2, shall establish the standards for the enforcement of Part Thirteen - Building Code.

   All of the provisions of CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code are adopted hereby, except plumbing standards and requirements as are modified by the Ohio Basic Building Code - 4101:2-51.
