927.04 WATER WELL PERMIT; CROSS CONNECTIONS.

No person or owner of private property shall drill or cause to be drilled any water well or connect any water well to the City sanitary sewage system without a written permit therefor from the Director of Public Service-Safety. No cross connections of any plumbing shall be permitted.
