   915.11 JOINTS AND CONNECTIONS.
   (a)   All joints and connections shall be made gastight and watertight.
   (b)   PVC pipe joints shall be solvent welded joints conforming to ASTM D2855.
   (c)   Other jointing materials and methods may be used only by approval of the Director.
