705.09 PROTECTION FROM FIRE.

(a) The equipment and methods of fire protection of the operator shall be approved by the Ohio Division of Mines and by the Chief of the Fire Department before drilling is commenced.

(b) All persons or firms installing oil and/or gas lines and storage tanks shall comply with laws, rules and regulations of the State Fire Marshal.
