705.08 DELIVERY OR REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT.

The delivery and/or removal of equipment or materials to or from the drilling site shall be limited to the hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., except in case of an emergency as determined by the Chief of Police or his designated deputy.
