705.05 FENCING AND LANDSCAPING REQUIRED.

All oil and/or gas wells placed into production shall be fenced, both at the well site and the storage tank area, and such fenced-in areas shall be landscaped in such a manner as to relieve its monotony by the use of shrubs or other plants as might be determined by the adjacent area.
