553.04 SPEED LIMIT.
   (a)   No railroad company or engineer, conductor, fireman or other employee of any railroad company shall run any locomotive or train of cars at a greater rate of speed than thirty-five miles per hour through or within the corporate limits of the City.
   Recovery for a violation of this section shall be by civil action in accordance with Ohio R.C. 723.48.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
