   521.07 FENCES.
   (a)   No person shall erect or maintain any fence charged with electrical current.
   (b)   No person shall erect or maintain a barbed wire fence, except pursuant to a permit obtained therefor from the Director of Public Service-Safety.

   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
