Council hereby authorizes the Auditor of the City of Celina, Ohio, and/or the Auditor’s designee(s), as designated from time to time by the Auditor, to perform any and all of the duties of the Treasurer during times in which the Treasurer is unable to fully perform the duties required of the position, for any reason, without additional compensation, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
