The following territory shall form and be known and designated as the Fourth Ward:
Situated in the City of Celina, Township of Jefferson, County of Mercer, and State of Ohio:
Being Ward Four, out of the Northwest part of the City of Celina, bounded as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of N. Main St. (US RT 127) and Blake St.; thence west along the centerline of Blake St. to the intersection of the centerline of N. Mill St.; thence north along the centerline of N. Mill St. to the intersection of the centerline of Hoying St.; thence west along the centerline of Hoying St. to the intersection of the centerline of Deford St.; thence south along the centerline of Deford St. to the intersection of the corporation line, located approximately 180 feet south of the intersection of the centerlines of Deford St. and Hoying St.; thence west following the meanderings of the western and northern corporation line to the intersection of the centerline of N. Main St. (US RT 127), located approximately 1,328.17 feet north of the intersection of the centerlines of N. Main St (US RT 127) and Myers Rd.; thence south along the centerline of N. Main St. (US RT 127) to the place of beginning.
Containing in all approximately 603 acres, more or less, and having a population of 2,342 persons per the 2010 Census.
