The following territory shall form and be known and designated as the Third Ward:
Situated in the City of Celina, Township of Jefferson, County of Mercer, and State of Ohio:
Being Ward Three, out of the West part of the City of Celina, bounded as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southern corporation line and the centerline of US RT 127, located approximately 1,329.66 feet north of the intersection of US RT 127 and Monroe Rd.; thence west following the meanderings of the southern and western corporation line to a point in the center of Deford St. approximately 180 feet south of the intersection of the centerlines of Hoying St. and Deford St.; thence, leaving the corporation line, north along the centerline of Deford St. to the intersection of the centerline of Hoying St.; thence east along the centerline of Hoying St. to the intersection of the centerline of N. Mill St.; thence south along the centerline of N. Mill St. to the intersection of the centerline of Blake St.; thence east along the centerline of Blake St. to the intersection of the centerline of N. Main St. (US RT 127); thence south along the centerline of Main St. (US RT 127) to the place of beginning.
Less and except all areas not annexed to the City of Celina.
Containing in all approximately 719 acres, more or less, and having a population of 2,670 persons per the 2010 Census.
