The following territory shall form and be known and designated as the Second Ward:
Situated in the City of Celina, Township of Jefferson, County of Mercer, and State of Ohio:
Being Ward Two, out of the East part of the City of Celina, bounded as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Wayne St. (SR 197) and the centerline of N. Main St. (US RT 127); thence east along the centerline of E. Wayne St. (SR 197) to the intersection of the centerline of Holly St.: thence north along the centerline of Holly St. to the intersection of the centerline of Lilac St.; thence North along the centerline of Lilac St. to the intersection of the centerline of Myers Rd.; thence East along the centerline of Myers Rd. to the intersection of the centerline of E. Wayne St. (SR 197); thence northeast following the meanderings of the northern corporation line to a point approximately 300 feet west of the intersection of the centerlines of SR 197 and Staeger Rd.; thence south following the meanderings of the corporation line to the intersection of the southern corporation line and the centerline of US RT 127, located approximately 1,329.66 feet north of the intersection of US RT 127 and Monroe Rd.; thence north along the centerline and US RT 127 and Main St. to the place of beginning.
Containing in all approximately 1,654 acres, more or less, and having a population of 2,517 persons per the 2010 Census.
