The following territory shall form and be known and designated as the First Ward:
Situated in the City of Celina, Township of Jefferson, County of Mercer, and State of Ohio:
Being Ward One, out of the Northeast part of the City of Celina, bounded as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Wayne St. (SR 197) and the centerline of N. Main St. (US RT 127); thence north following the centerline of N. Main St. (US RT 127) to the intersection of the northern corporation line, located approximately 1,328.17 feet north of the intersection of the centerlines of N. Main St. and Myers Rd.; thence east following the meanderings of the corporation line to the intersection of the centerline of Myers Rd., located approximately 282.15 feet west of the intersection of the centerlines of Myers Rd. and E. Wayne St. (SR 197); thence west along the centerline of Myers Rd. to the intersection of the centerline of Lilac St.; thence south along the centerline of Lilac St. to the intersection of the centerline of Holly St.; thence south along the centerline of Holly St. to the intersection of the centerline of E. Wayne St. (SR 197); thence west along the centerline of E. Wayne St. (SR 197) to the place of beginning.
Containing in all approximately 425 acres, more or less, and having a population of 2,871 persons per the 2010 Census.
