901.04 APPEALS.

contractors, or public utilities who are not satisfied with the decision made by the Safety Service Director, who is the Zoning Inspector, regarding the exemption section of this Chapter. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall hear both parties and make a decision based upon the information provided. The decision of the Appeals Board shall be binding and final.
