   1170.01 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of the M-2, Light Manufacturing District is to accommodate industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, office, retail, research, service, development, and related uses.

   1170.02 PRINCIPALLY PERMITTED USES.
   Principally permitted uses are as follows:
   (a)   Commercial schools (Tech and Industrial Trades).
   (b)   Building and related trades including Nurseries.
   (c)   Lock and store facilities.
   (d)   Transport Trucking Terminals.
   (e)   Warehousing and Showroom.
   (f)   Wholesale Businesses.
   (g)   Light Manufacturing.
   (h)   Secondary Retail.
   (i)   Offices.
