   135.03 INVESTMENT DEPOSIT POLICY.
   (a)   Council does hereby approve and adopt the Investment and Deposit Policy attached to original Ordinance 37-95-0 as amended by Ordinance 51-01-0.
   (b)   All investments and deposits of the City of Celina shall be made in accordance with this policy.
