1323.05 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

The Plumbing Inspector is hereby empowered with police authority to enter any building or dwelling within the City, for the purpose of examining, inspecting and testing the plumbing, when he has reason to believe that conditions are detrimental to health or contrary to the provisions of Chapter 1321, other ordinances and the orders of Council.
