121.02 TERMS OF AT LARGE MEMBERS.

   (a)   The term of office for “At Large” members of City Council be decreased from four years to two years for the term commencing January 1, 2002.

   (b)   Upon completion of this term, the terms following, commencing January 1, 2004, the term of office for the “At Large” members of City Council shall be for a term of four years.
