   1165.08 MINIMUM REAR YARD SETBACK.
   (a)   The minimum rear yard setback for properties in the R-O District shall be 30 feet.
   (b)   Accessory buildings shall be located no closer thee ten (10) feet to the rear property line. They are also restricted from platted easement areas.
