Upon receipt of notice of a special meeting to be held by any municipal body, the Clerk of Council shall promptly post such notice. The posted notice shall include the time, place and purpose(s) of the meeting. Upon the adjournment of any special meeting to another day, the Clerk shall promptly post notice of the time and place of such adjourned meeting.
