(a) "Clerk" means the Clerk of Council.
(b) "Day" means calendar day.
(c) "Meeting" means any prearranged discussion of the public business of the municipal body by a majority of the members of the municipal body.
(d) "Municipal body" means Council or any decision-making committee thereof, but also includes within its definition any board, commission, committee, agency, authority, or similar decision-making body of the City which is subject to the rule-making authority of Council.
(e) "Post" means to post in a conspicuous place or places in the City Hall. In addition, Council may also from time to time direct the Clerk to post notices at other designated locations.
(f) "Published" means published in a newspaper of general circulation within the City.
