Written notice shall be mailed by the Planning Commission by first class mail at least seven days before the date of the hearing to the members of Planning Commission anti all property owners within 150 feet in any direction of the property upon which an application for a conditional use approval has been filed.
The notice shall contain the location of the property, nature of the proposed conditional use, and the time and place of the meeting. The failure to mail or deliver notification as provided in this paragraph shall not invalidate any action of the Planning Commission.
