Excepting Section 901.04(c) herein, any individual or company violating any provision of this chapter shall receive written notice of said violation in person or posted at the work site. Any person or company not taking immediate action after notification to correct said violation shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). A separate violation shall be deemed committed each day that the violation continues after notification.
