(a) Whoever violates Section 751.02 of this chapter, or per Section 751.07 of this chapter is ordered to cease all operations of said business and fails to do so, is guilty of criminal trespass; a misdemeanor of the fourth degree (ORC 2911.21). Civil penalties of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) may be assessed.
(b) Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter will incur a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day that the violation continues constitutes a separate violation.
