(a) Permits issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
(1) False, fraudulent or misleading information contained in the permit application.
(2) Illegal, unethical, menacing or disreputable conduct on the part of applicant, agents, employees, or representatives of any kind while conducting said business within the Village.
(3) Any violation of this chapter.
