(A) Any violation of this chapter, and other town ordinances, or the laws of the state shall, without notice, be grounds for forfeiture of the privilege herein granted.
(B) Determination of forfeiture shall be lodged in the Town Park Board by its president, the Town Police Department by its chief or acting head of the Department, or the Town Board of Trustees by it president, an the determination by any one of the foregoing of such violation shall be final and grounds for closing down the operation for the duration of the permit period.
