(A) Each person licensed pursuant to this chapter shall display on their person the license so issued which shall be worn and conspicuously displayed on his outer garment at all times while engaged in such business in the town.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to call at any residence or place of business within the town, for the intent or purpose of soliciting without having in his possession, a license authorizing such solicitation.
