§ 101.03 LEAK OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TO BE REPORTED.
   Any spill, leak, discharge, or release of a dangerous, hazardous, or toxic substance into the atmosphere, onto the land, or into any body of water from whatever source shall be immediately reported to the Town Police Department by telephone or in person.
