(A) Any person entitled to a traffic accident report, as provided by applicable state law, shall be entitled to receive a duplicate copy of the case/police report pertaining to a particular incident upon payment of a fee of $5 for each such report to the Metropolitan Police Department. Duplicates of digital photographs, when available, shall be provided upon request according to the following schedule:
(1) Digital Media computer disk containing requested photographs - $10 per disk.
(B) The processing of said fee shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of the State of Indiana Board of Accounts. All fees received pursuant to the terms of this Section shall be processed and deposited in the Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund (“LECEF”). Payment of this fee shall be made in the form of cash, cashier’s check or money order only.
