§ 51.42 POWER OF UTILITY COUNCIL.
   (A)   The Utility Council shall have full power and authority to invoke any legal, equitable or special remedy for the enforcement of this sub-chapter and/or §§ 51.12(H) or 51.13(A), and any amendments thereto.
   (B)   The Utility Council is hereby authorized to institute proceedings in its name in the Circuit or Superior Courts of Lake County, Indiana, or any other Court having jurisdiction, for prohibitory or mandatory injunctive relief to prevent or discontinue any violations of this sub-chapter and/or §§ 51.12(H) or 51.13(A), or any amendments thereto, or to enforce the provisions of the sections.
