§ 34.187 ADMINISTRATION OF OATHS.

The Board of Safety, Police Chief and Fire Chief may administer oaths to a person summoned in a proceeding authorized by this subchapter, or by applicable state law, as amended from time to time, and may take depositions under the rules and orders of the Board of Safety.
