§ 34.146 DUTIES UNDER STATE LAW.
   All powers that may be exercised by the Commission under the provisions of IC 36-7-14 et. seq., may also be exercised by the Commission in carrying out its duties and purposes under IC 36-7-14.5, et. seq., as amended from time to time.
