§ 34.35 ESTABLISHED.
   There is created a Plan Commission for the town to be entitled the Town Plan Commission. The Plan Commission shall consist of seven members. The Town Council shall appoint three persons from the Council to serve as members. The president of the Town Council shall appoint four citizen members. The powers and duties of the Plan Commission shall be as defined in the laws of the state. The Town Council must approve and pass any and all ordinances designed to establish master plans, zoning ordinances, and subdivision control ordinances. All rules and administrative regulations established by the Town Plan Commission must be in writing and approved by the Town Council before taking effect.
