The positions of Board of Zoning Appeals secretary is created within the Board of Zoning Appeals of the town. The duties of this position shall be determined by the Board of Zoning Appeals, where applicable. The Board of Zoning Appeals, where applicable, shall appoint an individual as is necessary to fulfill the duties of such position and such person may be discharged by the Board of Zoning Appeals, where applicable, at any time. The compensation to be paid for fulfilling the duties of such positions shall be set by ordinance, from time to time.
