§ 33.25 UNIFORMS.
   Necessary uniforms and equipment shall be provided by the Depart- ment to the Reserve Police Officer. All uniforms shall conform to the necessary and required Department standards. Reserve Police Officers shall be provided with the proper Police Department Insignia and Badge, which, however, shall remain the property of the Police Department.
