§ 150.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is imposed shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and be fined in an amount of not more than $500. Each day’s maintenance of a misdemeanor shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   As per § 150.72 of this chapter, the construction of any building or structure in violation of the codes adopted in § 150.70 of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500, with each day’s violation a separate offense.
