§ 150.72 VIOLATION.
   Any violation of the building codes adopted in § 150.70 of this chapter shall result in the immediate disconnection of all utilities from any building or structure not conforming to the code provisions, and the construction of any building or structure in violation of such codes shall be a misdemeanor.
