§ 132.02 REFUSING TO AID A PEACE OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, upon a request by a person known to him or her to be a peace officer, unreasonably to refuse or fail to aid the peace officer in:
   (A)   Apprehending any person charged with or convicted of any offense against any of the laws of the state or village;
   (B)   Securing the offender when apprehended; or
   (C)   Conveying the offender to the jail of the county or the village.
