§ 113.09 HOURS OF SOLICITATION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any solicitor, salesperson or peddler to solicit any individual between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., unless he or she has a previous appointment with the resident of the premises solicited.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful at any hour for a solicitor, salesperson or peddler to solicit without having a proper license on his or her person at all times.
